No you don't. Our service is a wireless service and doesn't require a connection to a phone line.

 ?  What equipment will I need?

 

We will fit an antenna (the cost of this is covered by your installation charge) to the outside of your property and cable to your router in the inside of your property.

 ?  Do you provide a router?

We can supply you a router and configure it if required. Please contact us for more details.

 ?  Is there a data cap?

​

No. We don't set data caps on our circuits.

 ?  Can I have a Static IP?

Yes you can. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

 ?  What is the minimum contract period?

​

Our minimum contract period is twelve months.

 ?  Do you provide VoIP?

Yes we can. Please get in contact so we can discuss your requirements.

 ?  How quickly will you fix a problem?

​

From when you contact us we will start fixing your issue as quickly as possible. Our service level agreement is 4 hours but nearly all issues are resolved before this time.
